Dog Eyes

Our next session is with the great Dog Eyes! This ethereal band brought their deep sounds to our studio and delivered some relaxing jazzy chords doused in sparkling verb and far out key tones. The marvelous drummer, who just so happens to be our very own dreamboat audio engineer Trevor Levieux, gave each song an irresistible rhythmic shuffling, giving them all a chill swing and never going too intense, always staying perfectly grounded in the coolness. It’s hard to let these tunes head out into space as they vamp up on swirling riffs to an eventual end, but it must be done, although we can’t seem to get over them yet ourselves. Such a fun time and we’re forever happy to have friends and family of Half Way Home show their craft to us and the viewers.
